Liked our stay there, it was comfortable. Everything was great, the service was nice! Hotel's location was marvellous and perfect as it was walking distance to a tube station.

the suite was separate with great beds. we did not want to leave and would book here again.

Its location is excellent & wonderful, very close to Osaka, and the cityplaces and restaurant nearby. There is Kamesuehiro nearby for a cup of coffee.

Modern hotel located next to the Karasuma-Oike subway station, the Nijo Castle, the Imperial Palace and the bus lines on Marutamachi-Dori, traditional shop and bar, restaurant, and city centre. Unbeatable and magnificent location to all major sightseeing, and 10 minute walk from a historic wooden castle: )

We had a fantastic weekend at this hotel! The room was huge, with all the western comforts but still had a traditional Japanese feel. The separate toilet and enormous bathroom with two vanities were really convenient. Plus, the two TVs were a fun bonus! The hotel's location was great, with easy access to the metro station and bus stops. We were able to explore Gion area, Nijo Castle, and Nishiki Market with just a short walk. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with any questions or recommendations.

That the hotel was located in a quiet and residential area, which meant it was a bit far from some of the main tourist sights. However, the nearby bus and subway lines made it easier to get around.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was fantastic and wonderful and had absolutely perfect location near to bars, the nearest train station and the market. The a double room was great value with lovely breakfast and comfortable bed, for example. The staff was helpful and provided great service. The vibe here was quiet.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Kyoto. The location in a quiet residential area allowed for a serene atmosphere during our visit. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with tours and ticket assistance. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, and a dressing area. The hotel also offered free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The facilities, such as the Wi-Fi and 24-hour security, were excellent. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The setting was quite good and absolutely perfect within easy reach of a historic wooden castle. The staff was helpful and attentive and my stay was such wonderful, would book again.

The free breakfast and Wi-Fi were nice perks during our Easter stay. the hotel's location was great for sightseeing since it was within walking distance to several attractions and transportation options. Plus, the room amenities were superb and provided a lot of comfort.

The hotel was situated in a quieter, more residential area with limited food options nearby. We also found the room price to be a bit steep considering the lack of on-site dining and amenities.
